One in three family caregivers is over the age of 65.
They are seniors caring for others while managing their own health challenges—often placing their own well-being last.
Lumera Heart Project supports these caregivers with restorative experiences and community-centered care designed to reduce burnout and restore resilience. Your generosity helps ensure caregivers don’t have to choose between caring for others and caring for themselves.
